Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Returning Your Items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not refund premium or express shipping costs chosen by you). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Return Shipping Costs
You as a customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
